Board of Directors & Staff
Project Return was conceived by an all volunteer board of directors whose mission was to establish a group home for teenage girls in crisis. Board members actively participate in the ongoing support of the house and in future planning of the program. The Board consists of members of the community who lend their diverse professional skill, and energy to make the program successful.

Project Return is staffed 24 hours by four full-time Resident Managers. They are assisted by part-time Support Staff who work afternoons and evenings until the girls go to bed. Together they create a warm, nurturing environment, simulating a family. The Executive Director is vital in all functions of the program and leads a team of 12 professional staff who have backgrounds in clinical social work, psychology, art therapy, counseling, coaching and parenting.

Providing a therapeutic environment while accomplishing activities of daily life, each staff member brings her own unique talents to Project Return with extraordinary sincerity and dedication. Decisions are made by consensus. There is a strong sense of common purpose that enhances the lives of both staff and residents.
